Beginner friendly

The recreational program is a wonderful introduction to rhythmic gymnastics for children 4-18 years of age. Children in the recreational program are grouped by age and skill level. During practice our gymnasts learn proper body and apparatus technique. Recreational gymnasts perform in exhibitions and the year-end gala.
